Consumer Study
During
November 2002, 500 women between the ages of 40 and 70 were interviewed
by Market Strategies, Inc. on behalf of Unity Health System. Survey
participants were randomly selected from the Rochester, New York
area, including the city of Rochester and six counties. Women were
asked a series of questions to determine their attitudes and awareness
about heart disease and their personal risk, specific issues regarding
women who have suffered from a heart attack, and awareness about
heart health education programs. A summary
