Welcome to the Pain Management Center at Unity Hospital. We offer comprehensive services for patients with acute or chronic pain. Our goal is to help you decrease your pain and suffering, return you to your highest level of functioning and independence, and improve your quality of life. It starts with a call to our central number to schedule a visit with one of our physicians - dedicated professionals specializing in pain management issues. Together, we'll create an individualized program to meet your needs.

• Back and neck pain, including fibromyalgia/myofacial pain, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and tumors
• Disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems
• Muscle and joint pain
• Pain associated with multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries
• Pain associated with osteoporosis and vertebral compression fractures
• Botox for migraines or chronic tension headaches
