Getting started
Prior to participation in these programs, you will need a prescription from your physician. We accept most insurance carriers.

It’s also helpful to have your therapy program designed by one of our rehabilitation and neurology physicians. Referrals to one of our rehabilitation and neurology doctors can be made by calling 368-3120.
