Walkin' and Talkin' is a fun, daily, community mall-walking program at the Mall at Greece Ridge Center. Unity Health System provides free monthly health talks, screenings, and services. All events are free and open to the public.

Walkin' and Talkin' meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 8-10 a.m. Health talks begin at 8:30 a.m. and screenings are provided from 9-10 a.m. Events are held in front of KB Toys, near mall entrance #9.

Walkin' and Talkin' recognizes and promotes the importance of exercise and healthy living. Enjoy walking and socializing at the Greece Ridge Center in a safe, friendly, climate-controlled environment. We invite you to come and meet new and experienced walkers!
